American Home Builders was formed in 1985 by Lynn Givens as a value-minded company ready to craft beautiful custom homes.  Located in the scenic Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee, American Home Builders is familiar with all types of residential contruction.  We are as comfortable building a $100,000 mountain side retirement cabin as we are crafting a $1,000,000 lakeside estate.
